Photos: Another Visit to Citi Field
I paid another visit to Citi Field on Sunday. I know it is no big deal to most Mets fans, but for a guy who lives way across the country, every trip to Citi Field is an event.
I picked a good day to go — Matt Harvey threw seven shutout innings, plus it was Dwight Gooden bobblehead day. However, by the time I got through the turnstiles, they were out of bobbleheads. That’s because the announced crowd was 32,127, but this time I believe everybody was actually there. It was a packed house, one of the biggest crowds of the year.
