Video: Mets Win 1st Subway Series Game

You kids may not remember, but interleague play used to be really interesting and something to which we all looked forward. And no game was more important that first year of 1997 than when the Mets and Yankees squared off in their first regular season game ever. Somehow the Mets shut out the Yankees 6-0 behind a complete game by Dave Mlicki.

Here is the final out, a strikeout of some guy we have long forgotten.
