Photos: At the All-Star FanFest

So I was invited to attend the All-Star FanFest at the Javits Center, and I went on opening day on Friday. The event goes on until Tuesday, and I suggest that you go if you have the time. It is a fun time for the entire family.

If you are a collector of baseball memorabilia, there is plenty of that for sale. Autographed baseballs, baseball cards and scorecards are among the items you could buy.

There are tons of activities for the kids, such as batting cages and baseball clinics.

It is also a celebration of the Mets. Many former Mets favorites are scheduled to attend, and you can buy just about any piece of Mets and All-Star merchandise you could imagine.

Here are some photos of the All-Star FanFest:

You never know whom you’re going to run into. Original Met Ed Kranepool was just standing around, waiting for his signing event.
